A culinary destination in Edington, Wiltshire.

The site of Three Daggers has been evolving for over 300 years. What began as a humble wool barn in 1750 has developed into a culinary destination for locals and travellers alike.  Complementing the character of our red brick public house which was redeveloped in 2010, Edington Farm Shop, the Three Daggers Brewery, and our nine room accommodation complete this community hub.

Three Daggers showcases the very best that Wiltshire has to offer.  Set in a stunning village location at the foot of Salisbury Plain and the Westbury White Horse, we are proud to celebrate local ingredients and producers.  Nearby Priory Farm, which is just over half a mile from Three Daggers, cultivates incredible flowers, pure honey, hops for our brewery, fresh fruit and vegetables.

Richard Smith

General Manager

Bringing over fifteen years of hospitality experience, Richard oversees the entire operation at Three Daggers.  Richard joins us from The Pointer at Brill, and has worked at such establishments as The George Townhouse in the Cotswolds, The Stapleton Arms, and The Red Lion Freehouse.

Michael Andrews

Head Brewer

Michael is the man behind our incredible ales from the Three Daggers Brewery.  With a degree in brewing, over twenty-five years of brewing experience under his belt, and a hawk-like eye for detail, Michael ensures consistently-brewed, perfect pints every time.

James Graham

Executive Chef

Executive Chef James has over thirty years of restaurant and hotel experience.  James brings a strong point of view about provenance and quality of ingredients to Three Daggers.  James has worked at such places as The Oxo Tower in London, Le Manoir, Cowley Manor, and Petit Blanc.  James also had his own restaurant Allium in Fairford for nine years.
