The Three Daggers are delighted to announce our first Dinner & Wine tasting evening on the 15th of May 2019.
Join us for a sumptuous 5-course meal prepared by Executive Head Chef James Graham with matching wine flight from the amazing winemaker Estella Roumage from Château Lestrille in Bordeaux.
At Château Lestrille, Estelle Roumage makes modern, fruit-driven wines. They use sustainable winegrowing practices to respect the balance of the soil as they believe the essence of winemaking lies in the vineyard itself. They vinify each plot on their 45-hectare property separately with tailor-made precision. The Château is located at the northern point of the Entre-Deux-Mers appellation in the small town of St. Germain du Puch between Libourne and Bordeaux.
Champagne on arrival and 5 different wines to try to compliment a truly delicious menu using the finest local ingredients prepared by our new Executive Chef James Graham who joins us from the 2018 Michelin pub of the year.
